Role Overview & Responsibilities

Archies:

Archie’s is a buzzy neighborhood cafe, bar and event space in Archway. We serve up killer coffee, brunch and lunch seven days a week. Our passion for food, design and music is reflected in our seasonal, quality ingredients; colourful, plant-filled interiors and lovingly-curated playlists. We are popular with local customers and were nominated for ‘London’s favourite cafe’ in the Time Out Love Local Awards 2021.

We are looking for a barista/server with additional bar skills / knowledge of alcohol, storage and simple drink making, plus a minimum of two year’s barista/hospitality experience to join our small and friendly team on either a full or part-time contract (25 hours+). Ideal candidates will be engaging, energetic and organised, with a genuine passion for coffee, food and making people happy.

What we need:

• At least two years barista / bar experience
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in English

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Salary: £10.00-£13.50 per hour
