Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager (Building Services)

We are currently recruiting for the following position in Gloucestershire

Required: Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager

Location: Near Cirencester (GL7)

Employment: Freelance

Start: March/April

Duration: 20 week project

Hours: 45-50hrs + per week

Pay rate: £27-£34 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications required: SSSTS or SMSTS & CSCS Card

Duties Overseeing the mechanical services & sub-contractors on a new commercial project; managing progress & programme, work quality, H&S, materials etc

Experience: You will have worked in the capacity of a Chargehand/Supervisor/Site Manager on previous Building Services projects (heating/plumbing/air-con on schools, offices, healthcare etc)

Unfortunately we're unable pay travel/lodge expenses on this project.
