Role Overview & Responsibilities

Beech Hill Grange is a luxury, private care home providing nursing services and dementia care care for 74 older people. We seek carers for day-time or night-time duties who truly wish to make a difference by helping to maintain the dignity of our residents as they age. Main duties include assisting with personal care and hygiene, supper service, sleep monitoring and monitoring health conditions. We have both full and part-time positions available offering set or flexible rosters. There is a full in-house training programme with an annual training bonus. The home is ideally located and is close to public transport links. We welcome applications from both new starters or experienced care assistants.

We presently have availability for late shifts working from 2pm until 8pm.

Person Specification:

• A kind and caring heart
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team Player
• Willingness to participate in vocational training programmes
• Satisfactory DBS police check

Shift pay enhanced +25p for weekend and night duties.

Monthly attendance bonus scheme up to end August 2023 +75p per hour.
