
Warehouse Operative / Order Picker
Role Overview & Responsibilities
WB Employment are looking for a full-time warehouse operative for a well-established client based in Downton, Sailsbury. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly team in the dispatch department.
Main duties include:
- Order picking and packing items for dispatch.
- Goods-in
- Loading good in vehicles.
- Building bespoke orders for specialist customers.
- Helping to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

This will start as a temp to perm assignment for 12 weeks, upon successful completion you will be offered a permanent contract with a starting salary of £27315.60 PA, + 15% night premium (£4097.34 – total £31412.34
What we are looking for
- Warehouse experience is a necessity, you must have at least 1 years’ experience.
- You must have great attention to detail as the work requires a lot of double-checking codes. You Will be making up pallets which will involve lifting and moving items so some heavy lifting is expected.
- A friendly, approachable attitude is a must as you will be working as part of the team.
