Housekeeper/Cleaner

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The exciting position of Housekeeper has arisen at U-Stay Group.

As Housekeeper you will work under the guidance of the Head Housekeeper and General Manager in the cleaning of a busy Aparthotel.

Working across our 4 units. This includes 40+ unique apartments, and our public areas in Liverpool City Centre.

You will be responsible for assuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the apartments with the aim at all times to exceed expectations and ensure total guest satisfaction.

MAIN DUTIES:

· Ensure 5* cleaning standards across the units.

· To ensure that all the standards are met.

· Follow departmental procedures and comply with Company Policies.

· Assist with guest request or queries.

· Handle and store chemical as per Health & Safety policy.

· Assist in the servicing of public / back of house areas.

MAIN CLEANING DUTIES:

· Full service apartments including kitchens.

· Party Pads.

· Public Areas.

The role of a Housekeeper is a practical and manual job which includes bending, carrying, standing and pushing/pulling equipment.

Flexibility in this role is essential as the hours of work are on a shift basis including weekends, bank holidays and key dates such as Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Experience:

• housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
