Residential Support Worker
Oxfordshire
£19.00 to £19.50 per hour
Variety of shifts, including days, nights and sleep ins
Residential Support Worker, working Children’s Residential Home in Oxfordshire. The home work with children and young people with a background in EBD, aged 10-17 on admission. As a Residential Support Worker you will provide support for the children and young people in the home to promote their independence and well-being whilst providing a therapeutic care environment. Developing and maintaining good working relationships with the staff, parents, Social Workers, and other professionals that may be involved in our young people’s care.
Training and qualifications are desirable but not essential – QCF Level 3 or 4 – Health and Social Care, children and young people – however experience is more important, along with good availability.
