The Package

• Up to £55,000 per annum basic salary
• Monday-Friday
• Health Insurance

The Job Role

• Hospitality Head Chef to oversee catering for the hospitality element in a prestigious insurance company. Responsible for recruiting, supporting, training and people development.
• To manage the hospitality kitchens a multi outlet operation
• Growing and developing the team, driving an elevated hospitality offering.
• Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues
• Confidently and positively adapting to the business needs as it grows

The Requirements

• Experience in cooking in high volume F&B outlets in luxury London establishments
• Experience of working to set KPI’s in a challenging environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan, monitor, and implement changes to support the goals of the business
