Role Overview & Responsibilities

Uniform4Kids are a family run School Uniform and Sportswear retailer with 5 stores and warehouse working work with over 175 schools.

We are currently recruiting for Sales Advisors in our Stanmore store, HA7 4AH.

We are looking for full time staff members.

We are looking for friendly, self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working applicants.

Whilst being busy during the year we experience extremely demanding periods from July-September and during school holidays. Our staff are expected to work additional hours at this time of year.

Main Duties:

Greeting and serving customers

Processing internet orders

Assisting and dealing with customer queries over the telephone

Checking in deliveries

Replenishing stock on the shop floor

Stock counts

Ideal Candidate:

You will be ambitious, motivated and organised and an effective communicator with a positive attitude to work.

You must be able to work well on your own as well as part of a team.

Candidates will be expected to work 5 days per week increasing to 6 during the peak time at the end of August and the beginning of September. Between October and May or stores are closed on a Friday - this will be your day off in the week.

A solid work ethic, lots of energy and a desire to help customers is vital.

Retail experience is useful. Training will be provided but we are looking for dynamic people preferably with experience in retail sales.

Starting rate of £9.50 per hour for Age 23+, Age 21-22 £9.25, Age 20 and under £7.50

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
