BWC are committed to a Quality Improvement culture that is truly embedded and harnessed throughout all levels of the organisation. The Quality Improvement team are a driving force behind this culture supporting the design of an ambitious improvement strategy for the organisation and helping all staff to make improvements in their own teams and services.
