BWC are committed to a Quality Improvement culture that is truly embedded and harnessed throughout all levels of the organisation. What this means is that we hope each member of staff in our 6500-strong team are driven to spot things that could work better in their areas of work and strive to constantly improve the services they offer for our patients, service users and families.
The Quality Improvement team are a driving force behind this culture supporting the design of an ambitious improvement strategy for the organisation and helping all staff to make improvements in their own teams and services.
