Role Overview & Responsibilities

Bramshott Grange is looking to expand our team. An exciting opportunity exists for the right candidates to work with us at our luxury care home in Liphook, Hampshire.

Responsibilities of Care Assistant include:

· Ensuring the highest levels of care are maintained when caring for our Ladies & Gentlemen .

· Supporting people with every day activities, along with food and drink as and when required according to the person’s individual needs.

· Promote rights, dignity, privacy and respect to all Ladies & Gents

· Assisting and interacting with Ladies & Gents

· Observing care planning needs and completing daily records in line with our company policies

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Requirements of our Care Assistants:

· NVQ level 2 or equivalent preferred although not essential as full training will be given

· Excellent communication skills

· Willingness to learn

· Kind & Caring

· A smile

Part-time hours: 22-48 per week

All candidates will need to evidence that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19
