Role Overview & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based in Cardiff Within this role, you can enjoy company car/car allowance, pension matched up to 7.5%, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and even more.


Location: Cardiff

Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.


Responsibilities


As a Senior Site Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager overseeing production on a range of developments. You will need to manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure safety at all times on site.


Who are we looking for?


Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOJ, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Site Manager with, who can join the team and hit the ground running. You will need to hold a valid SMSTS as well as proven experience within our chosen markets (Education, Health, High-Rise Residential, Commercial).
