My client is an IT recruitment company placing candidates in a range of different tech specialisms. They have mapped out each market by building a unique network with the candidates within that sector, that their clients can tap into the bring new talent into their teams. Clients include Java, Android, AWS, The White Company, and Hiscox.

Location: Bank, City of London

Salary: £25K basic, £40K OTE year 1

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Understanding the client’s recruitment needs

· Sourcing and screening candidates

· Conducting interviews

· Shortlisting and presenting candidates

· Coordinating interviews with the client

· Providing feedback and follow-up

· Building relationships with clients and candidates.
