Overview
2fawcett are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a company located in Chesterfield on a full-time basis.

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Leadership Team at a highly successful business. Our client is looking for someone who is a great team player as well as driven, motivated and consistent in their approach to the role.

The role involves working Monday to Friday. You will receive a company car and bonus.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Finance Manager
- Supporting the Financial Controller
- Producing accurate accounts
- Ensuring month, quarter and year end deadlines are met
- Managing a core Finance Function team
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Forecast, budgeting and cash flow
- Financial analysis
- Investigate variances

Requirements of the Finance Manager
- CIMA / ACCA or ACA qualified
- Understanding of Financial Accounting practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to train and develop a team of professionals
- Audit or Practise background desirable

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year (dependant on experience) plus bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Holidays: 25 days annual leave (plus statutory)
