As a Junior Consultant, you will be here to ……… provide development services on customer projects, to deliver innovative enhancements and help to make 345 a great place to be.

We will keep you busy with:

Designing, coding and unit testing software feature extensions to the existing product set as well as new software solutions.

Accountable for delivering tasks to estimates and to development plan milestones.

Reporting on status against task estimates and milestones and take appropriate actions to meet delivery milestones.

Working collaboratively to achieve the agile team’s ‘definition of done’.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience that focuses on reducing the ‘Customer Effort’.

You’ll know you’re doing a great job when….

You accurately track and report on status of development tasks.

You deliver quality tested software combining development testing with the support of QA testing.

You provide and deliver all supporting documentation needed for a software delivery.

You are conferring with product owners to obtain information on design requirements, edge cases and workflow.

You are analysing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
