Team Member– Active Nation Basingstoke, Atmosphere Trampoline Park

Casual/Part Time

£5.00-£9.50 p/h dependant on age

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Active Nation Team at Atmosphere Trampoline Park in Basingstoke. We are looking for Team Members who are proactive, responsible and enthusiastic!

The role of Team Member is multi-functional and so multi-skilled. You will be trained to work in all areas of the business: Trampoline Arena, Reception, Café and Parties.

Responsibilities of Trampoline Court Marshal: To ensure that supporters are fully briefed and understand the park rules for their safety. Implement park regulations to ensure the safety of all jumpers and to manage and control persistent non-compliant jumpers.

Responsibilities of Receptionist at front of house: To welcome supporters to the venue and ensure that they are booked in and that waivers have been completed for all jumpers. To guide supporters through the pre-jump process and answer any queries. To ensure that the right coloured wristband is issued to jumpers and to hand out jump socks. To answer any emails and telephone calls.

Responsibilities of Café Team: To welcome supporters to the café and serve hot and cold drinks as well as preparing hot and cold food and snacks. Clearing tables and washing up as necessary. Replenish shelves with snacks and drinks and stock control when necessary

Responsibilities of Party Host: To meet and greet parties, book them in and see them on to court, then after the jump session host their party in the party room!

Atmosphere Trampoline Park is just outside Basingstoke town centre and is 10,000 sq ft of trampolining fun. We have over 70 trampolines and 5 trampoline areas: Dodgeball, Basketball, Airbag, Half Pipes and Free Jump Area with angled wall. There is also an inflatable soft play area for the under 4s! We are open 7 days a week from 9.30am – 6pm and offer a wide range of jump sessions to suit all ages!

We need you to be here when we’re busiest, so you’ll need to be able to work a variety of shifts, mainly during evenings, weekends and school holidays.
