Role Overview & Responsibilities
An enthusiastic individual required to join a Worthing based energetic family run, rubber gasket & seal manufacturing company in the trimming & fabrication department. Primary roles involve cutting and press joining rubber extrusions into round or square gaskets, trimming mouldings and general hand fabrication. Attention to detail, a steady hand & good dexterity, plus confidence with measurements are important. Full training will be given on the job. As a small company, the successful candidate would also have the opportunity to get involved in (with training) many different areas of the production process and be rewarded with a twice a year bonus.
40 hour week - 7:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Wed, 7:30am - 5:00pm Thurs and 7:30am - 1:00pm Fri
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
