• Ensure your outlet is thoroughly cleaned down every night to avoid causing further problems such as pests
• Report any issues and feedback to management. This includes maintenance, health and safety, training or staff issues.
• Discuss and solve any problems that may arise.
• Discuss and solve any problems that may arise from customers in a helpful, professional manner
• Promote proper portion control to ensure wastage is kept to a minimum.
• Prepare, cook and present amazing food in accordance with brand standards
• Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Being a valuable part of the wider team to ensure the best guest experience
• receiving, storing and putting away food deliveries correctly
