Sushi chef and Hot Kitchen chef

AJIMI Japanese Restaurant is seeking experienced Sushi Chef and Hot Kitchen Chef to join our team for our NEW Opening Restaurant in Acton W3.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Japanese cuisine and have a strong work ethic.

As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of sushi dishes to our customers. You must have knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent knife skills and be able to create beautiful and delicious sushi rolls.

As a Hot Kitchen Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a range of hot dishes according to the restaurant's standarda. You must have experience working with a wok and be able to create flavorful and authentic Asian dishes. You should also have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Both positions require excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with other chefs and kitchen staff. You must also be able to work well under pressure and be able to multitask effectively.

Minimum 2 years experience requirement for both positions!!

Salary: starting from £12 - 14 per hour, depending on skill & experience.
