ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Caregiver that puts our resident's well-being at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives and ensuring managers and key agencies are kept informed of progress. We're looking for someone who is responsible and punctual with an ability to plan for and manage potential situations that may occur in the home. It is important that the candidate understands the importance of maintaining a calm, structured environment for the individuals under his or her care.

ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need to have some experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. In return, we'll provide all the training you need to thrive.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
