Role Overview & Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Algar Lodge Farm Shop and Café. We are a family-run business that has been open since November 2020 and we have been growing ever since. We are a large farm shop filled with a variety of local and artisan produce, with an in-house deli, butchery, Café, and bakery products either handmade in-house or by loved and trusted Kent producers.

We are seeking a self-motivated, friendly, enthusiastic individual to work in our Café with a passion for quality food and beverages and delivering excellent customer service.

The role:

• To meet and greet customers
• To serve customers in a warm and professional manner
• To make beverages to a high standard
• To clear tables, and ensure the café remains clean and presentable at all times
• To take pride in everything you do

Experience in a similar role is essential.

This position can be full-time OR part-time. Shifts will include weekdays and some weekends.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £10.50 per hour
