Duties Include:

• Prepare and equip the venue by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
• Accurately take customers order and communicate details to Kitchen Staff.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Confidently serve food and drink orders.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
