Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are now hiring Warehouse Operatives for client based in Thatcham. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for an immediate start.
The right candidate will have a valid Counterbalance licence and proven experience within a warehouse role.
Shift:
- 08:30am to 17:00pm
- Monday to Friday
Pay:
- £26,000 per annum
Duties Include:
- Ensuring goods are picked/packed in a timely manner taking professional care
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean & tidy
- Following Health & Safety guidelines
- Computer literate to enable managing of various computer based systems
- Manual lifting of goods of various sizes and weight
- Loading/unloading vehicles of products
- General warehouse Ad-hoc duties
- Checking of inbound/outbound goods
- Able to use own initiative and forward thinking
- Understanding of company’s wide ranging products
Requirements:
- Forklift Counterbalance Licence is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Reliable and enthusiastic team member
