BWT Alpine F1 Team have an exciting opportunity to join our team at a unique time in our history within Formula 1. We are looking for a Parts Coordinator at our site in Enstone who will join our Build and Test department [Operations] and will work hand in hand with the Race Team to deliver the cars at every weekend race, supporting the Team to achieve our goal to win the Formula 1 World Championship.
The Role:
The parts coordinator will be the main link between the factory and the race team to ensure parts returning from events are serviced, repaired, and shipped to the next event in a timely manner and according to the company procedures.
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be working closely with most operational and planning departments in the factory, as well as with the race team to ensure component requirements are fulfilled following the race calendar. You will work with all car components and parts helping achieve our challenging and exciting plans, gaining visibility of the lifecycle of the formula 1 car.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have good understanding of car components, stock management and parts flow in a manufacturing environment. Will be a person who works to the highest standards, with a methodical approach to work and very good attention to detail. Must be able to use knowledge to prioritise workload and remain focused when working under pressure, be flexible, adaptable and be able to work independently. Must be a problem solver and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a team that thrives to deliver their best in the championship.
