About The Role
- Location: Peterborough, PE7 3HH
- Pay: Competitive - depending on experience

The quality team is the absolute backbone of our structure and the first and last people to touch our product before we send out to our customer!
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you be responsible for the Quality auditing of fresh fruit on intake and packing to ensure all products are to our customer & Internal specifications.
You will be involved in a range of duties including:
- Inspecting & assessing incoming raw material according to the intake procedures and document / report all findings
- Send supplier reports within the agreed time scales
- Identify ways to reduce claims from supply base & follow up on corrective action
- Undertake audits to improve site protocols & standards
About You
You will need:
- Previous experience working within a Quality Control/ Inspection role ideally but we offer training!
- Experience of working within the Fresh Produce industry is highly desirable
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Good all round communication skills
- We have a very experienced team within in our Quality department. To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
