Role Overview & Responsibilities

Angus Dundee Distillers PLC is currently recruiting for Bottling Hall Operators (Production Operators) to join our Coatbridge facility on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, friendly team. Reporting to the Bottling Manager, you will be working within our manufacturing facility which is a key part of our Company’s mission to supply high quality, bottled products worldwide.

The main duties of the role are as follows:

  • Carrying out and record Quality checks
  • Accurately recording downtime of equipment
  • Carrying out hygiene of equipment to a high standard
  • Flexing between bottling equipment and bottling lines
  • Following all SOP’s and instructions diligently
  • Adhering to Health and Safety policies and RA’s
  • Driving Performance through continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of working within a bottling hall environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Experience of working within a production environment (working within the spirits industry would be a distinct advantage).
  • The ability to work as part of a team, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with the company requirements.
  • The ability to manage numerous tasks whilst managing your time effectively.
