Role Overview & Responsibilities

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Growing business with an emphasis on doing simple things well and with a keen attention to detail. We specialise in working for property management companies with a small but flexible team. The work and locations are varied and with plenty of potential opportunities for training and advancement as the business grows.

The primary role of an Experienced Mobile Cleaner is to optimise property condition and quality and to ensure the building is kept in a clean and safe working condition.

You will be carrying out responsive duties, planned cleaning and maintenance activities within our client’s properties. The role is varied and requires flexibility and willingness to undertake jobs out of the normal routine. Part-time roles available. Up to 22.5 hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Complying with safety policies and procedures

Identifying hazards and reducing them

To have responsibility as key holder and work as part of a team on a rota basis

Communicating clearly on tasks and managing expectations where necessary

Changing forms on notice boards, leaving notices on items and other reactive jobs

Providing detailed feedback on issues found at the development

Daily cleaning duties, keeping areas clear and free of litter and ensuring communal areas are cleaned thoroughly

Cleaning duties require physical work inside and outside, sometimes in an unpleasant/hazardous environment

Weekly Fire alarm testing, obtaining meter readings

Refuse area/bulky item tidy-up as directed

Willing to work shifts

Interactions with residents and other contractors on site
