Apricot is a brand-new eatery opening early May 2023, looking to build an enthusiastic, customer focused and all-round amazing team.

A beautiful blend of breakfast, lunch and brunch, will be served all day! From classic egg dishes, pancakes & smoothie bowls to loaded flatbreads, cocktails, coffees & more. Of course, we are keeping it local, sustainable & vegan/veggie friendly.

Apricot boasts a casual, modern, bright look with beachy vibes. A place where you can eat in, take out, stay all day & come back for evening drinks

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.
• Cleaning service and seating areas.
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
• Servicing customers and taking orders.

· Holiday entitlement – 28 days per year inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata). The holiday year runs from January to December. This will rise by one additional day for each year of service. Capped at an extra 5 days (33 days in total)
