The Opportunity

We are now looking for a forward-thinking human resources professional to be our Human Resources Director to lead the people function and support the exciting growth of our business in the UK and Europe.

• Report to the Group Managing Director, lead and develop an HR team of at least three people.
• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions for the Group in the UK on a day to day basis
• Be a lateral thinker and offer HR solutions by proactively anticipating & supporting business needs and cycles
• Develop and implement a people strategy to enhance the Management capabilities and create a talent pipeline to support the Group’s exciting growth plans
• Support Restaurant leadership teams in all people matters including staffing plans, employee retention and communications, performance management and talent development.

You are the ‘best of the best’

• An HR professional with around 10 years of leadership experience in hospitality or service industry with a large employee base (500 and above)
• A resilient achiever – you are driven and strategic, yet extremely hands on
• A passionate team player who can operate in an entrepreneurial environment
• A smart leader who can influence and inspire to bring out the best in others
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Salary: £85,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
