We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to work with our team at Grangemouth, FK3 9XH
**
*What's in it for you*
- Full time – 40 hours a week, mainly Monday – Friday 07.30 – 3pm with a minimum of 1 in 4 Saturday shifts (which are paid at time and a half!)
- The hourly rate will be £11.48 per hour – Annual salary £23,793.16

What you'll be doing
- As a team leader you will be responsible for the success of your team
- Organise team members to deliver a safe service and to the highest standard
- Complete weekly audits of all areas
- Ensure team members complete their TAKE 5’s each week
- Ensure all staff can gain access to the areas they are cleaning
- Train new team members to learn procedures and all general tasks
- Keeping track of stock levels and have an excellent knowledge of COSHH
- General cleaning of accommodation and communal areas
- Ensuring rooms are cleaned and kept to a high standard
- Complete a personal training plan and ensure that all on and off the job training is carried out accordingly by all staff
- Be a great leader – lead by example!
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a cleaning environment, desirably in contract cleaning
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience in leading or supporting teams
- Be able to manage your work load in a good timescale
- Knowledge of applicable Health and Safety legislation
- A DBS check will be required for this role
