What you'll be doing

• Reporting to the Contract General Manager, and working alongside our Head Chef, this unique role is a rare opportunity to lead our Front of House teams.
• You will be responsible for the day to day operation of two Messes and accommodation on Site. In addition, Functions are a big part of this role and we host a number of Regimental Dinners and special events throughout the year.
• Oversee all aspects of the operation to deliver outstanding service levels
• Lead Special Events and Functions
• Lead the customer relationship on site and attend regular service level review meetings
• Train and develop the Front of House service teams and lead regular team meetings
• Manage all customer bookings, invoicing and accounts reconciliation
• Oversee and ensure all cleaning and safety procedures are consistently delivered
• Act as Site Leader in the absence of the General Manager

Experience

• We are looking for someone with excellent team leadership and customer service skills and a passion for delivering service excellence.
• You will already be a Manager or Senior Supervisor leading a Team. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential.
• DBS check required for this role
