Job description
SUPPORT WORKER MENTAL HEALTH, CLYDACH SWANSEA
We are a small, independent care home, looking to employ caring and fun support workers to work in our residential home, providing support to 9 younger adults, both male and female aged 18+ with a mental illness.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support of the people within the service including (but not limited to) help with budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry and assistance with medication. Each and every person we support is unique so we encourage our teams to get creative, promoting each individuals independence, choice and dignity whilst still having plenty of fun along the way.
No care experience is necessary, just the ability to care, as full training will be provided.
Applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check, paid for by the company
Salary: Up to £10.10 per hour
