Industrial Cleaning Operative
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Assured Cleaning Services are looking for a relaible operative & supervisor to carry out a daily industrial clean at our client site based on Derby Road, L20 8DY.
The role is a temporary for a minimum of 3 months, however the role could become a permanant position for the right candidate.
Operatives will be paid a rate of £13.00 per hour and supervisors will be paid a rate of £14.00 per hour.
The role is Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm.
The main duties of the role are to clean the follwoing areas on a daily basis:
- Gridded floors from ground floor to 9th floor within the refinery
- Balustrades
- Lift (Internal and external) to be cleaned as and when required, with deep clean on first arrival to site
- Concrete flooring, paying attention to floor edges and junctions (daily)
- Staircases and treads
- Stanchions, edged and ledges (where safe access allows)
- Dry dusting the tops of fixtures and fittings
- Doors (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)
The ideal candidate must display the following:
- Experience in techincal cleaning
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Good communication/ Customer Service
Full uniform and PPE provided by Assured Cleaning Services
