Factory/Warehouse Operative
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our firm is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will need to be able to lift heavy boxes and supplies to and from the stockroom, as well as stack items.
Leadership is key, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, good at multi-tasking and enjoy working closely with a fast-paced team on a daily basis. Experience in warehouse work is an asset but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Move materials by hand or with the help of a mechanical device.
- Assemble, install, and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Keep adequate stock levels of supplies on hand.
- Be able to lift heavy objects.
- Plan and schedule the use of machinery and equipment to maximise productivity.
- Able to use machinery to order items for customers.
- Stocks goods according to company standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
