DHL PARCEL ADMINISTRATION AGENT
CROYDON
We are recruiting Parcel administrations agents for our Client DHL a worldwide logistics company to join their Croydon depot parcel resolutions administration team.
- Role – Administrations Agent
- Location- Croydon, CR0
- Shifts –Mon - Fri 12.30 - 21.30 PM
- Hours –40+ per week
- Pay per week £533.15 (£11.78 per hour for hours between 8am - 7pm / £14.38 for hours between 7pm - 8am)
- Overtime -£17.67 per hour
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capturing location and data information of shipments by scanning all returned shipments
- Supporting the efficient and accurate movement of shipments within the company network
- General administrative support
- Scanning invoices, creating labels
- Monitoring of data and data entry
- Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
- On-site parking available
- Weekly pay every Friday
