Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Medical Photographer to join Barking Havering & Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust in order to cover Maternity Leave.
The Medical Photography and Illustration service is an evolving service that is rapidly growing to meet the changing needs of its patients and clinicians.
The Trust comprises of two main hospitals; Queen's Hospital and King George Hospital.
Medical Photography is required at both sites, requiring skill and expertise in different specialties including (but not limited to) orthodontics, dermatology (including Teledermatology clinics) and paediatrics.
The Medical Photographer will assist in the provision of a comprehensive clinical and non-clinical photographic service to all areas within the Trust and to external clients, ensuring all work is produced to the highest possible standards within budget constraints and in the time allowed.
You will be expected to produce high quality images using advanced technical skills in digital processing, ensuring the image is produced accurately and with no alteration to the subject
