Role Overview & Responsibilities
- We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on residential and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit around vents, chimneys, walls, and other obstacles
- Install roofing materials such as tiles, slates, lead work must be able to lead weld
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing old or broken materials
- Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work long hours
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
