Location: Swansea
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £22,805 to £25,916 per annum
Duration: Permanent, in line with funding.

Key details/responsibilities:
- Working as part of the Swansea Choices team.
- To plan and deliver educational interventions regarding substance use for children and young people.
- To provide targeted outreach services to encourage engagement to the service.
- To promote the maintenance of positive lifestyle choices.
