Apprentice Warranty Administrator

Apprentice Warranty Administrator required in Honda Swansea.

40 hour week Mon to Fri 8:30am-17:00pm.

Bassetts Honda / Ssangyong , a long-established multi-franchise approved car dealer, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our Swansea dealership.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work alongside 2 other Vehicle Service Advisor's and a workshop team and shall be training to administer and manage warranty claims for both Honda and Ssangyongs

As a Apprentice Warranty Administrator, you will Carry out all warranty claims in the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to monitor and chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle claims,

You will also be required to assist in vehicle parts related enquiries and provide parts to the workshop team as and when necessary.

The successful Apprentice will be able to deliver with training and support the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction.

Strong organisational, communication skills along with IT literacy would be of high priority.

Apprenticeship is roughly 12/18 months long.
