Part Time Specialty Coffee Barista required for award winning shop

We are looking for a part time Barista who could work in both of our SW2 or SW16 shops. Must have Specialty Coffee experience.

Batch & Co, is an established multiple award-winning Specialty Coffee shop in Streatham Hill, which has recently launched its 2nd shop in SW16. We are also in the Official London Coffee Guide and have been for 5 years running.

We are looking for someone for with;

• A minimum of 3 months experience of working in a Coffee Shop/Deli/Sandwich shop or similar
• Experience as a barista & knowledge of grind adjustment
• Ability to texture silky milk & some latte art skills
• Experience of using till systems & taking orders from customers.
• Good communication skills & an ability to build rapport with an expanding customer base
• Good attention to detail & someone who loves going that extra mile for customers
• A good old rounder who has the ability to multi task.
• A general love for people & friendly customer service
• Fluent English speaker
• A positive Can do attitude
• A reliable & Good team player
