We are now looking for a talented and experienced Assistant General Manager to join us at Beast.

Your superstar qualities will include:

• highly experienced in busy, high profile restaurants

• a big foodie, with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry

• a natural people person with lots of personality and integrity, both on and off the floor

• consistent and can be relied upon to run the day-to-day operation in the General Manager’s absence

• a demonstrated leader who can inspire, coach and develop talent

• able to support the General Manager in achieving objectives and financial targets
