Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd, is a long established independent Merchant, offering general timber and building supplies to both the trade and the general public alike, throughout Merseyside, Warrington, Wirral, Manchester and the North-West area as a whole.

About the Role

Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd, are looking for a Yard Operative / FLT Driver to work at our busy Wythenshawe depot.

Responsibilities & Duties

The role involves dealing with customers face to face, maintaining customer relations, maintaining stocks and picking stock for customer orders, including loading and unloading wagons, and also taking on general tasks pertaining to business operations.

Experience

Applicants should be self motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be committed to customer service.

Experience of timber and building materials is preferred.

Counterbalance forklift truck licence Essential.

Hours of work:

40 hours per week, between the hours of 6.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday - 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8.00am to 12.30pm.

£9.75 per hour
