Best4ecigs has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant at our Birmingham Store

Main Responsibilities:

Maintaining a smart appearance at all times – a company uniform is provided

Providing excellent customer service

Ensuring shelving is always restocked

Cashing up, receiving, counting and loading/storing replenished stock

Following opening/closing procedures

Advising customers on products to suit their needs

Dealing with customer queries

Ensuring the store is always presentable for our customers

Essential Key Skills:

Retail experience

Knowledge & experience of e-cigs/vaping products

Previous customer-facing/customer service experience

A patient, friendly and approachable personality

Basic numeracy skills

A basic understanding of EPOS till systems

Cash Handling

Driving licence essential as may be required to offer cover at other local stores on occasion.

The position available covers the following shifts each week

Mondays: 07:45 to 18:15

Tuesdays: 07:45 to 18:15

Wednesdays: 07:45 to 14:30

Sundays: 07:45 to 18:15

Shop Opening and Closing Times:

Our Stores open 7 Days a week from 8am - 6pm

Interview & Training:

Both your interview and Training will take place at our Head Offices in Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 2AU.
