Trainee Store Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a Trainee Store Manager Role in Northamptonshire. As Bewiched opens new stores we are looking to strengthen our management team and this is an amazing opportunity to join our growing business.

You will be required to lead the Team on shift helping them & leading by example to deliver our Big 5 to provide the best customer service through friendly greetings, smiles, chats & genuine farewells. Producing brand standard product consistently by following Bewiched working practices whilst maintaining a sparkling, spotless environment. Executing weekly routines to ensure smooth running of the store, following the Bewiched communication cycle to ensure alignment across the team from every full timer to the Sunday person working three hours a week. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £11.08 per hour
