The Position:

Our Sales Assistants provide an inclusive, fun and authentic customer experience that truly represents the Beyond Retro brand. They welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have an awesome and inclusive experience! We need Sales Assistants who can help provide an inclusive, fun and authentic customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent customer service
• Become an expert in vintage fashion and current trends
• Sell & showcase Beyond Retro products on the shop floor
• Offer a personalised shopping and styling experience
• Operate tills
• Assist in all store operating procedures e.g. delivery, stock takes, replenishment etc
• Follow all H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environment

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

• Experience in the retail fashion industry
• Customer service-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A good human who cares about their peers:)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £9.18-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
