The first chapter in our story, the original Big Easy restaurant is located on London’s fashionable King’s Road. Inspired by Southern States Gulf coast crab shacks and Bar.B.Q culture, it’s a melting pot of live music, home-style cooking and – now – fresh East Coast lobster. A vibrant local favourite and home-from-home for our American guests.

We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of food & drinks runner.

Responsabilities:

- Correctly complete closing duties at the end of each shift
- Keep the restaurant clean and tidy
- Clear and clean tables
- Ensure that restaurant staff have all the required equiment to work
- Deliver food and drinks to allocated tables
- Know how to speak about the menu if customers have any questions
- Assists waitors when needed
- Ensure the correct mise-en-place is in order
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Make sure all of our standards are respected
- Clean and polish all cutlery

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, SW3 5UR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
