Here we have a very competitive and realistic commission structure. On Target Earnings of £25,000+ Per Annum AAE (Actual Average Earnings based on a 32-hour week average)

Hours: Full time (average 32 hours per week) on an 16-week rolling rota. Pension Scheme

Big Motoring World Group is an expanding Car Supermarket that is going from strength to strength. Due to the recent opening of our Car Supermarket in London and Peterborough, we are looking to expand our contact team in Snodland and are currently recruiting Call Centre Agents to support our busy Sales Teams. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email and live chat. You will be expected to provide a helpful and professional service, answer inquiries and book appointments. This is a role which is key to the exceptional customer service we seek to provide. You will be working a flexible 6-hour shift with occasional weekend work and up to 3 days off a week. Early shifts end at 3:00pm where you have the whole afternoon to yourself! There is no cold calling. We only deal with live genuine customer inquiries who are interested in our cars for sale. The call centre in Snodland may be relocating to Gillingham Business Park by the end of this year, so successful candidates should be mobile and able to travel to Gillingham if required. Candidates must be friendly in nature, keen and willing to learn with a positive attitude to take advantage of the full training given, driving is essential. Looking for immediate starters and this is an office based job ( you will be working in the office).
