What Does Being a BIMS Restaurant Manager Mean?
As a BIMS Restaurant Manager you have a really important role! Ultimately, your job is to make sure that BIMS guests have an incredible experience every single time. - Having full P&L responsibility and taking action to have a positive impact on it
- Running a sparklingly clean restaurant that complies with all food safety and Health and Safety legislation
- Enabling brilliant guest experiences

- Getting hands-on in the restaurant
- Hiring, training and leading a brilliant team
- Connecting meaningfully with your community
What Do You Need From Me?
- A natural ability to communicate well with lots of different people
- Management experience in an Assistant, Deputy or General Manager role
- A sound understanding of financial and other data
- A passion for improving results
- Kitchen experience is really useful
- A real can-do attitude
