Growth & Operations Manager (P2P) is responsible for P2P business development in the region, including: product improvements (product relevance to local market), marketing, user growth, daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Boost sales and contribute to our long term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners
- Create, manage, implement and refine all marketing campaigns in an ongoing basis
- Direct ongoing market research to foster the product’s and market growth
- Handle dispute on our P2P platform between trading parties, assist client with troubleshooting
- Uncover customer's unique needs and challengesPerform document checks as per standard procedures
- Monitoring transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activity
- Reading, prioritizing and responding to customers queries
- Create, manage, implement and refine all marketing campaigns in an ongoing basis
- Prepare reports as required regarding business development including market comparison analysis, business opportunities, recommendations, etc
- Achieve internal KPIs and OKRs with positive commercial and financial outputs at the core
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing & business development roles in finance services industry
- Knowledge in Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industry
- Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments
- Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, independent and natural team player
- A P2P user
