Full time Fixed Term for 12 months
Birmingham Healthy Minds (BHM) is an NHS Talking Therapies Service in Birmingham. We deliver psychological therapies to people with common mental health problems using the Stepped Care Model.
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Psychologist with energy, drive and ambition to support the clinical team to provide excellent high quality and time limited psychological interventions in accordance with NICE guidelines to patients presenting with Depression and Anxiety Disorders.
In particular, your main focus would be co-facilitating well-being workshops and groups at Step 2 and conducting brief telephone sessions, with an opportunity, after a minimum amount of time and training in service, to support service users using computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) packages and other guided self-help.
