We are keen to hear from any individuals who would be interested in being involved in our student recruitment and enrolment activities at Sutton Coldfield College, Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 2NW.
We have identified a Contact Centre Assistant role that we need temporary hourly paid support with, managing incoming calls and enquiries into the college from students to facilitate their enrolment onto identified courses. (See Role Profile attached for further information).
